Project Description
The SuperNet was built to connect public institutions (schools, hospitals, colleges, universities, libraries, and municipal offices) to a broadband network for high-speed internet access, video conferencing, and other services.
BRT Construction partnered with Bell Canada to help deploy the Alberta SNET — a province-wide fibre optic and wireless network reaching 429 communities. Using horizontal directional drilling, trenching, and precision asphalt repair, our crews delivered the underground infrastructure that now powers high-speed internet, video conferencing, and digital services for schools, hospitals, libraries, and municipal offices across Alberta.
